Webinář „Jak na průběžné a závěrečné zprávy 2025“
On January 6, 2026, from 9 a.m., a webinar will be held on the submission of interim and final reports, organized by TA ČR.
The webinar will focus primarily on the most frequent and recurring errors, specific requirements for expert reports and annexes in individual public competitions, open access or financial reporting.

Call for research projects requesting access to EDUC research infrastructures
The European Digital UniverCity (EDUC) Alliance just launched its second call for research projects, offering applicants the opportunity to request access to EDUC research infrastructures. The call is open to PhD candidates and researchers from EDUC universities. Applications can be submitted until 27 February 2026. TA CR DC3 Support for the innovation potential of social sciences, humanities and arts - preliminary call parameters
The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA ČR) informs about the preparation of the 15th public competition in the Program for the Support of Applied Research and Innovation SIGMA – sub-objective 3, Support of the Innovation Potential of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts.
The call will be announced on 21. 1. 2026 with a deadline of 18. 3. 2026.

Safety in projects - requirements of Masaryk University
New obligation when creating a proposal in ISEP:
The Basic Data tab contains a signpost (Knowledge security YES x NO) that decides whether the Security tab will be generated (in the case of a risky field or cooperation with a risky state, a citizen of such a state).
The Security tab contains more detailed information and after filling it in, the data must be saved and submitted for comment (recommendation x non-recommendation) to the security manager no later than 14 days before submitting the project proposal.
Changes in the project - individual consultation with the security manager is required. The tab cannot be edited after submission for comment.

Czech Science Foundation (GA CR) - possibility of submitting joint projects with Israel in 2026
The Czech Science Foundation (GA CR) has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Israel Science Foundation (ISF). Thanks to this cooperation, Czech and Israeli scientists will be able to submit joint project proposals in the field of basic research from 2026.
Proposals will always be evaluated by one agency.
Support is expected for up to several dozen of the best-rated projects, which will be implemented over a period of three years.
