The mission of the Program is to support research and development activities in the field of security of the state and its citizens in accordance with the characteristic needs of the security system as defined by valid strategic and conceptual materials of security policy.

Objectives

Deadline of the call: April 1, 2020
Implementation period: 48-60 months 
Budget: at least 20 - max 60 mil. CZK
Applicants: research institutions only, at least two applicants, at least one application guarantor (security corps or central state administration bodies)

Priority thematic areas:
 analysis and prediction of security threat trends;
 predictive modeling and large data;
 Data-Mining and automated analysis;
 digital forensic analysis and exploitation of electronic data sources;
 information security;
 means of remote detection and location of persons, objects and dangerous substances;
 operative search means;
 multi-sensor monitoring of risk areas;
 protection of intervening security officers;
 mobility of security forces;
 crisis communication;
 ethical and legal aspects of modern security technologies;
 technological foresight and potential impacts of technological trends;
 security and crisis legislation;
 other innovative themes based on new trends.

Limitations
