On January 13, 2021, the RMU Research Department is organizing a webinar on grant project management and how to improve it.

Objectives

What you will learn at the seminar:

What distinguishes well-managed projects from others?
How to write a project so that you can manage it?
How to start and end a project?
How to correctly determine the goal of the project?
How to estimate time and costs?
How to have and manage reserves in the project?
How to work with risks during project design and implementation?
How to work with project partners and stakeholders?
How to reward and arrange activities for the project team?

Morning block: 9: 00-12: 00 a.m.
Afternoon block: 1: 00-3: 30 p.m.
