Limitations

For proposals:

  • large international consortium - min. 3 partners from 3 EU or associated countries (in practice more), one of them from the EU,
  • participants can be from among research institutions, universities, territorial and local self-government, non-governmental/non-profit organizations, industry, start-ups, SMEs
  • project duration approx. 3 years
  • estimated project budget approx. €2-3 million
