H2020: MSCA-IF for Supervisors
Short information session for supervisors on the opportunities presented by Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships.
The scheme allows 1-2 years of funding particularly for postdoctoral fellows coming from abroad. For mobility to countries outside of Europe, the programme also funds one year of obligatory return phase back in the EU. The call deadline is in September, but we will introduce the opportunities already now, so that you, as supervisors, may either seek or identify potential incoming applicants and encourage young researchers in your groups to look for hosts and supervisors abroad. Applied Research Funding Landscapes
Introduction to the diverse national programmes of Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, ministries, and of European Structural and Investment Funds (OPPIK). You will find out what programmes suit specific needs, where you need private sector partners, what co-financing is required, whether there are limitations concerning scientific field, etc. We will also shortly introduce opportunities for funding applied research in Horizon 2020, the main European funding programme for research and innovation.
