TA CR has announced the second public competition in sub-programme 1 – Innovation and operational research in the public interest (PP1) of the Environment for Life 2 programme, which is focused on supporting projects in the public interest.

The aim is to simplify, improve and streamline public administration in the field of environment and climate protection, and to create an environment for promoting the principles of circular economy and sustainable development in the public sector.

Objectives

Each project proposal must meet exactly one of the priority research objectives (PVC), an overview of which is given in Annex No. 1 - Priority Research Objectives (at least 1 project will be supported in each PVC).

For applicants of the 2nd public competition of the Environment for Life 2, PP1 program, TA CR will organize an online information webinar, which will take place on June 9, 2025 from 1:30 p.m. You will be able to watch the webinar live on YouTube (without the need for installation and login).

Limitations

Possible applicants:

research organization;
enterprise (small, medium, large);
other applicants: state organizational unit, territorial self-governing unit

Exactly one application guarantor from the list in Appendix 3 (application for application guarantor required by 30. 6. 2025, mandatory annex to the proposal: confirmation of interest from AG)

Start of the solution: 3/2026 - 5/2026

End of the solution: no later than April 2029

Length of the solution: 12-36 months

Maximum support intensity: 85% per project (research organisation up to 100%, enterprises depending on size up to 80%)

Maximum support amount per project: 12 million CZK

Bonification: ulfillment of one of the objectives of the RIS3 strategy
