The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR ) together with the Ministry of the Environment informs about the preparation of the 6th public tender of the Program for the Support of Applied Research, Experimental Development and Innovation in the Environment - Environment for Life, which is tentatively announced on June 29, 2022.

Objectives

The sixth tender will be announced in two sub-programs:

Sub-program 1 Operational research in the public interest (PP1)

Sub-program 1 focuses on addressing issues with local, regional and societal impacts, the results of which can be used in public administration (eGovernment, digitization, regulatory optimization, reducing administrative burdens) and the creation of strategic and conceptual documents. Under sub-program 1, research and development projects will be supported only in the public interest.

Sub-program 2 Eco-innovation, technologies and procedures for environmental protection (PP2)

Sub-program 2 will support mainly projects focused on environmental technologies and eco-innovation, projects focused on innovative approaches with practical applicability mitigating the impacts of climate change, reflecting the protection of natural resources and trend-oriented to current environmental challenges. Sub-program 2 is financed from the National Recovery Plan under component 5.2 entitled “Support for research and development in enterprises and the introduction of innovations into business practice” and its investment “Support for research and development in the field of the environment”.
