TRANSPORT 2020+ program: Announcement of the 3rd public tender

TA CR announced the third public tender in the Program for the Support of Applied Research, Experimental Development and Innovation in the Field of Transport TRANSPORT 2020+.

The main goal of the program is to develop the transport sector in a way that will reflect social needs, accelerate the technological and knowledge development of the Czech Republic and thus help grow the competitiveness of the Czech Republic.

Objectives

Each project proposal must meet one of the specific objectives of the program:

Sustainable transport;
Safe and resilient transport and transport infrastructure;
Accessible and interoperable transport;
Automation, digitization, navigation and satellite systems.

The priority research topic for this public tender is the digitization of transport (optional). Project proposals should focus in particular on the areas of autonomous mobility, intelligent mobility, ITS and cooperative ITS, and digital and data infrastructures that aim at the efficient and secure development and use of information and communication technologies, including artificial intelligence, 5G / 6G, blockchain, quantum technologies, the Internet of Things or the cloud infrastructure and strengthening the principle of interoperability.

Limitations

Start of the project: January at the earliest and March 2022 at the latest

Implementation: 12-48 months

Maximum amount of support per project: CZK 50 million

Maximum aid intensity per project: 80%

Each project proposal must have at least one application guarantor from the Czech Republic.
