The aim of the 4th call is to achieve new knowledge and new or improved technologies that will enable the components of the integrated rescue system of the Czech Republic to acquire, maintain and develop specific capabilities needed to manage crisis situations in case of epidemiological threats or releases of biological agents or toxins.

Objectives

This competition is mainly focused on analyzing projects lessons learned from the crisis, supporting follow-up measures for gradual recovery as well as epidemiological monitoring, and in particular tools for managing crises caused by high-risk biological agents and toxins in the future.

There are two objectives of the program: security of citizens and crisis management and security policy.

Limitations

Call budget is 150M CZK

Funding for project is up to 15M CZK

Applicant (main or other): company (funding rate up to 80%) or research organisations (funding rate 100%)

Duration of the project: 24 months max

A proposal should be submitted in Czech (ISTA application)
