CTT MU has announced an internal call for project proposals for the solution of Proof of Concept Sub-projects within the TA ČR SIGMA program.

The aim of the sub-projects is to verify the results of applied research (it does not have to be a result obtained in the TA ČR project, but it must have application potential) from the point of view of their practical application and preparation of their subsequent commercial use or use for the needs of society.

The call is not thematically limited, it is open until 9 October 2026.

REGISTRATION for the internal CTT seminar for this call will take place online on 8 September, from 2:00 p.m.

Objectives

Information and documents for submitting PoC project proposals are published on the website of the MU Technology Transfer Center.

A sub-project should contain a declaration of specific outputs/results, including the intended schedule leading to the achievement of outputs/results and the planned budget. Each sub-project must have a research team. It is expected that sub-projects will contribute to the systematic verification of the application potential of the achieved research and development results in cases where their final commercial use is not entirely clear or a specific partner in the application sphere is not known.

Amount of financial support from TA CR: up to 2.8 million CZK (recommended 0.5 million CZK – 1.5 million CZK)
